The Foundation’s work is largely funded by supporting businesses which have been specifically set up for that purpose. A genuine spirit of philanthropy has ensured a flow of funds over the years with no strings attached. This has been a unique feature of the Foundation’s activity, where many individuals have worked extremely hard without seeking personal or corporate recognition for their efforts. This selfless endeavour has sustained the Foundation through many challenging times. Brumby’s Bakeries and Mediherb (Australia’s largest supplier of medicinal herbs to the professional market) were originally established by the Foundation.
