Jan Gudkovs BSc(Hons) MA MAPS Member APS College of Counselling Psychologists

Jan is a psychologist with over thirty year’s experience in stress management and personal development. She has had a particular interest in depression and its relationship to a person’s type of thinking. More recently Jan has had an interest in family therapy. Her personal and professional life, have given her an insight into mind-body connections and the importance of lifestyle and nutrition. Jan has had a long-term commitment to promoting peace at all levels from individual or personal peace to the wider social arena.

Janet Dugan BA Dip Psych MAPS Member APS College of Counselling Psychologists

One of Jan’s strengths as a therapist is her ability to provide a wide range of practical strategies to assist with anxiety management, overcoming depression and guilt, self-esteem enhancement, stress relief or changing negative habits. Jan is a Psychologist with over 35 years experience in counselling individuals, couples and families. Jan’s special interests are in relationships, parenting and personal growth. She particularly enjoys working with couples to help them find peaceful solutions to their difficulties. Jan uses hypnosis where it may be helpful. She may also teach people how to experience deep relaxation and peace of mind.

Jan Bracher BSc(Hons) DipEdPsych MAPS Member APS College of Counselling Psychologists Member Australian Society of Hypnosis

Jan is a counselling psychologist with 13 years experience. She generally sees adolescents and adults with a range of concerns that prevent them from experiencing their own sense of peace and contentment. People may present with depression, anxiety, a poor sense of self-Jan enjoys helping people find their own sense of understanding about their life. She uses a range of techniques thought to be best practice from current psychological research but also draws on her own clinical experience. As appropriate and with the person’s full consent Jan also uses hypnotic techniques.

Mark Cary BA DipSocSc MLitt MAPS

Mark is a psychologist whose background is in working with men and their relationships and in child and family counselling. Mark can assist with help for depression, anxiety, anger and grief.Mark has a wdie experience in helping people work through issuses in their personal relationships, and runs programs for anger management.
